Make a Spring Cocktail with our Mason Shaker

The Cucumber Rickey cocktail
What better way to enjoy the start of Spring than with a cocktail!

Mason Jar Cocktail Shaker
It blends the zestiness of mint and lime with the fizziness of ginger beer and a shot of gin. Perfect for a day out on the water, an evening after a day out on the water or just an evening in with a bunch of friends.

To make:
  1. Muddle a handful of fresh mint leaves, six slices of cucumber and one shot of fresh lime juice in the bottom of a Mason Shaker until thoroughly crushed.
  2. Add four shots of gin and some ice to above the level of the liquid and shake vigorously for ten seconds.
  3. Strain the mixture into pint glasses containing large cubes of ice. Top with ginger beer and garnish with cucumber slices and mint leaves. Serves 2.
