4 Fruity Treats for Christmas

There's nothing like treating yourself at Christmas, is there? I mean, I won't lie - we traditionally start the day munching on chocolate scorched almonds with a cup of tea while the kids open their stockings on our bed first thing in the morning!

But if you want to temper the bad stuff, with some of the good, how about incorporating a little fruit? I've found four delicious sweet treats you could easily add to your Christmas day festivities that include some fruity numbers.

From top left to right:-

Banana Father Christmas Skewers: Bananas have never been so tasting with the addition of strawberries, marshmallows and Smarties - so easy the kids could do it! Found on Pinterest.

Mango Panna Cotta: This looks divine and mango is my favourite fruit of all time. It's trickier to make than the skewers but worth it, I'm sure. Find out how at Utry.

Chocolate Dipped Fruit:  Aesthetically Instagrammable (thanks to #talinegabriel) and sure to have your guests swooning for more. See other chocolate dipped fruit ideas at Popsugar.

Raspberry and Walnut Baked Brie: This is kind of cheating as, really, the hero of the piece is most definitely warm, gooey baked brie. But, hey, there's nothing wrong with adding a few strawberries to make you feel better. Found at Homemade Hooplah.

What will you be making this Christmas?
