We are Australia-based so ship anywhere in Australia but also around the world. Shipping prices will be quoted at checkout.
Within Australia items are trackable but if you are purchasing overseas and wish to track your parcel, please choose the Pack and Track International option.
We cannot be responsible for items which are delivered but not received. If you are advised that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, you need to lodge an enquiry about a missing item to Australia Post @ http://auspost.com.au.
Estimated Delivery Times
For international orders, estimated delivery times for the different shipping options are:
Courier: 2 business days between major business areas.
Express: 4 business days between major business areas.
Standard: 6+ business days.
Economy Sea: 2 to 3 months.
For NZ: Economy Air is 7 business days and Express, 3 business days.
We hope you'll love your purchased product and that it arrives safe and sound. But if you wish to return or exchange an item, please email us as email@example.com within 7 days of receipt, quoting your order number.
With returns, items must reach us in their original condition and packaging and be suitable for re-sale. Postage and any insurance costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. You will receive a store credit for the cost of the item. Please note: this does not include sale items.
If an item is faulty or damaged, we will issue a refund or store credit. Email us photo-proof of the damage along with your order number. Refunds will be made to your PayPal account or your credit card via PayPal.
Please note: as many of the products are one-offs or handmade, an exact replacement may not always be possible.
